Returns
All sales final
Please choose carefully. All sales are final. We don't accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or cancellations, except where the law requires it.
Delayed preorders
The ship-by date for your preorder is shown before you buy. If we can't meet it, we'll contact you with an update. Where the law requires a delay notice, your consent or a chance to cancel, we'll give it to you. If you're entitled to cancel because of a delay, you can cancel the unshipped items and get the refund the law requires.
If we can't fulfill your order at all, we'll cancel it and refund what you paid.
Damaged, wrong or defective items
If something arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email pop@sameolddetroit.com with your order number and what happened. Photos help.
We'll make it right with the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy the law requires. If a return is needed, we'll send instructions, and we'll cover return costs where the law requires it.
Season One
Season One is paid once and doesn't renew. Our final-sale policy applies, subject to your legal rights for delayed, missing or wrong shipments. Receiving one part of your Season doesn't remove your rights for the rest of it.
Required refunds
When the law requires a refund, we issue it on time, to your original payment method. We don't swap a required refund for store credit or take a fee out of it. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Nothing in this policy limits rights the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
