We do our best to make sure all info on this site — product details, prices, and availability — is accurate. Sometimes things change, stock runs out, or typos happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice (including after you’ve submitted an order).
4. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time.
- Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or lighting.
- Each drop is produced in limited quantities; once it’s gone, it’s gone (for now).
5. Orders & Payment
- When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — especially if we suspect fraud, payment issues, or misuse of discount codes.
- Shopify Payments (and its payment partners) securely process all transactions. We don’t store your credit card info ourselves.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 10–12 business days during high-volume periods. Once an order ships, risk of loss passes to the carrier and recipient. We’ll do everything we can to help track down packages that go missing in transit. See Returns & Exchanges for more info.
7. Returns & Refunds
We offer free returns within 14 days on eligible items. Returned items must be in their original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once processed. Final-sale items can’t be returned. See the full policy here.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, designs, logos, and images — is owned or licensed by Same Old Detroit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion without written permission. We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same in return.

Sometimes we link to other websites or use third-party services (like Shopify, shipping carriers, or social platforms). We’re not responsible for what happens on those sites — so review their terms and privacy policies too.
