Hey, we get it.
Maybe the fit’s off. Maybe the "delivered" notification when you're already at the tailgate. Or you broke up right before the holiday. All we ask is that you stick to the policy below, and we'll happily take your return/exchange:
Our Return Policy
- Free returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and just as pretty as it showed up.
- Original tags and packaging, if you still have them (no judgment if not).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return’s processed.
- Sale items are final—because heartbreak once is enough.
How to Start a Return
- Fill out the form below or email us at pop@sameolddetroit.com with your order number and what’s up.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label (yep, we cover that).
- Drop it off at any USPS or UPS spot, depending on your label.
- Once we get it back, we’ll issue your refund—usually within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
Just mention that in your email. If we’ve got it in stock, we’ll get your replacement out faster than you can say “Forward Down the Field.”
A Few Notes
- We reserve the right to decline returns that look… too well-loved.
- If it was a gift, we can issue a store credit instead.
- If your item arrived damaged, let us know immediately so we can make it right.
