Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to Canada.

Preorders

Our launch books are preorders. Please check the ship-by date before you buy.

• Pop, Ope and Rah Rah Rah: ship by December 15, 2026.
• Starter Set: all three board books, tied together with a ribbon, ship by December 15, 2026.
• Season One: your first box ships by December 15, 2026, and the other five stories follow on the schedule below.

Season One is $99, paid once. No automatic renewals and no monthly charges.

Shipping costs

United States. Shipping is free on orders of $39 and up, including every scheduled Season One shipment. On orders under $39, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Canada. Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout: $19.95 USD for orders under $39, $34.95 USD for orders from $39 to $98.99, and $59.95 USD for orders of $99 and up. For Season One, that one charge covers all six shipments. Any duties or taxes collected at delivery are paid by the person receiving the package.

Ships by, not arrives by

"Ships by" means we hand your order to the carrier by that date. Transit time comes after that, and packages to Canada can take longer. We don't promise arrival by December 15 or by a particular holiday.

Orders with more than one item

Each item follows its own schedule. If you order board books and Season One together, the books and the Season One box ship by December 15, and the stories follow monthly from January through May. Items may arrive in separate packages.

Gifts

You can ship straight to someone else. Enter their address as the shipping address and yours as the billing address. For Season One, every scheduled shipment goes to that shipping address unless you ask us to change it.

Address changes

Email pop@sameolddetroit.com with your order number as soon as you can. We'll confirm whether the change can be made before it ships.

Delays or delivery problems

If a shipment is running late, we'll tell you. Any cancellation or refund rights the law gives you stay in place under our Refund Policy. If a package goes missing or arrives damaged, write to pop@sameolddetroit.com and we'll sort it out with you.
