01 · OrdersWhen can I order?

Preorders open October 20. You pay when you order, and it ships when it is printed.

02 · ShippingWhen does it show up?

The three board books ship by December 15. Season One's first box ships by December 15 too, then one story by the 15th of each month, January to May. Shipping in the US is free on orders of $39 and up. We ship to Canada too, at a flat rate shown at checkout. The Shipping Policy has the details.

03 · Season OneHow does a Season work?

One story in the mail each month, December to May. The first box has I Want a Parade, the Pocket Guide and the Season One pennant with all six Story Patches already on it. After that, one story a month. You pay once, up front. Nothing renews on its own.

04 · GiftsCan I send it to someone else?

Yes. Put their address in at checkout and add a gift note in your bag. We tuck it in the box.

05 · ReturnsCan I send something back?

Books and gift sets are final sale. Threads can come back within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a different size, unworn, unwashed and with the tags on. Email Pop with your order number to start one. If anything shows up damaged or it is not what you ordered, send your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. The full Refund Policy has the rest.

06 · PrivacyWhat happens to what you send us?

If you send a memory, we use it only with your yes, and we ask again before your name, face or voice goes anywhere. We never sell your information. Read the Privacy Policy.

Every image that carries meaning has a description. If your device asks for less motion, the site holds still. If something does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it.
