Q: How long will my order take?
A: Orders usually ship within 10–14 business days.
We’re still learning volume so potentially sooner! Plus, we're super excited.
If you need something by a certain date, email us, we’ll try to make it happen.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sure!
Detroit pride travels well.
International shipping times vary by destination and customs.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.
Once it’s out the door, we can try to intercept it.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns or offer exchanges?
A: Definitely. Detroit’s about second chances.
Returns and exchanges are free within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email support@sameolddetroit.com with your order number.
We’ll send a prepaid return label.
Once your return is received, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.
Q: What if I miss the 14-day window?
A: Send us a note anyway, we'll see what we can do.
Q: When will I see my refund?
A: Refunds are processed once the item arrives and passes inspection.
It may take a few days for banks to post the credit.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size or design?
A: Of course. We want you to wear it.

Q: Are you officially licensed?
A: Sure aren't! Same Old Detroit is independent and unaffiliated with any team or league. We’re fans making things for other fans. We're the fandom that goes beyond logos the big national retailers print for each team in each league.
And, legally, we’re not allowed. :)

Q: Who’s behind this?
A: A lifelong Detroit fan who needed an emotional outlet and wanted someone to share the past and present stories that won't be memorialized in record books. Then wanted a "Reported Eligible" shirt so bad, we had to make one ourselves.

Q: How can I suggest a design?
A: Head to our community board or DM us.
Q: Do you do collaborations?
A: Yes. A few in the works!
We love partnering with bars, artists, community spaces that share the same heart for the city. Reach out!
Q: How should I wash it?
A: Did you Cold wash.
Air dry.
Good clothes age better when you let them.
Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
A: Usually, yes, if enough people ask.
